Where Global Perspective Meets Local Action

GET TO KNOW ME

Today, I’m drawn to the spaces where civic change is sparked not just by policy, but by culture; where soft power, storytelling, and technology converge to inspire new forms of engagement. I believe youth are already reshaping civic life, often outside traditional institutions, and I want to help amplify that momentum. I am always fascinated by how digital platforms and cultural figures can mobilize young people toward social good, especially in regions where formal channels feel inaccessible. I am passionate about building bridges across borders and generations, and I hope to contribute to a future where empathy, creativity, and collective action redefine what civic participation can look like.
I grew up moving between countries and cultures; Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the U.S. - and each place has shaped how I see the world: not as a fixed system, but as a dynamic conversation. That upbringing taught me to listen deeply, integrate fully, and recognize the quiet power of connection.

Teamwork, Tenacity, and Strength

Sports and nature have always grounded me. Whether I’m on a field or walking through green space, I find clarity in motion and calm in the outdoors. Sports taught me how to listen to the rhythm, to work with teammates, and how to show up with resilience and empathy. There’s something about shared effort that builds trust quickly, even across cultures. Growing up, I found community through play and perspective through nature. It gave me a sense of sanity in a world that often felt fast-moving and complex. Those experiences still shape how I work today: I value collaboration, I adapt quickly, and I believe in the quiet strength of showing up consistently. Nature reminds me to pause; movement reminds me to keep going. Together, they have taught me that balance isn’t passive—it’s something you build, one moment at a time.
